REVOLUTION 2: EXTREME SPOILERSRevolution 2: EXTREME has the same distribution of our sellout success Revolution 1. There will be two types of boxes: Both types of boxes come with 24 booster packs. Combo/starter boxes come with not only the 24 booster packs, but also one set of the four different starters. The set-up of Revolution 2—from the size of the set to the distribution—is identical to Revolution 1. Also remember, just like Revolution 1, every single card is legal and playable in all formats, from All Axxess through Afterburn and, of course, Revolution itself. Revolution 1 sold out inside of the first month of its release. DO NOT MISS OUT on Revolution 2: EXTREME. Ask your local shopkeep (nicely!) to order this set, order it now, and order plenty as everything indicates that Revolution 2 will outsell Revolution 1. Stores and online retailers are placing their orders now to have it in stock for WrestleMania. Lock in your product while you can so you don’t miss out on Raw Deal’s next generation: Extreme! It’s one small step for man … one REVOLUTIONARY leap for mankind.
90 Non-Superstar-specific: 30 30 30 One rule from Revolution 1 has been modified for Revolution 2: “Requirement: Extremist” before meant that the card could only be *packed* by an Extremist. We have changed this to mean that it can only be *played* by an Extremist. The reason is three-fold: (1) it keeps it in line with other Requirements as all the rest are based on game conditions, (2) it offers additional design possibilities, (3) since Revolution is so new-player friendly, having a “packing” rule could lead to a new player getting inadvertently disqualified from a tournament, whereas the “playing” rule just would make it a card they cannot play (barring a card that turned their Superstar into an Extremist). Overall, we think this rules alteration is not only intuitive but beneficial for the game and its players. Post them up on the main Yahoo board. Reminder: no cards from Revolution 2: EXTREME (or the new promo and prize cards) will be legal until sometime in April for All Axxess, Afterburn, and Revolution events. This includes the Last Chance Qualifier as well as the World Championships WrestleMania weekend, all of which will be Revolution 1 era events with none of the cards spoiled above.
