BACKSTAGE AREA (3)
WWE Backstage Signing Appearance
WWE Backstage Signature
WWE Raw Deal Fifth Anniversary
STRATEGY: The only card you'll be playing most of the time is going to be your Signing Appearance. This makes sure you and your opponent are tied in Superstar value at the beginning of the game, giving you the ability to go first each game.
PRE-MATCH (10)
[Revolution] Judgement Day
-Throwback- Product Endorsements
-Throwback- Managed by Vince McMahon
-Throwback- Fans Love an Underdog
-Throwback- Givin' 'Em High Fives
-Throwback- Underrated Superstar
Givin' 'Em High Fives
Luck of the Draw
WWE Championship Title belt
The Champ is Here!
STRATEGY: The Pre-Match is fun. Your optimal route allows you to play up to 9 mid-match cards, so take as much advantage as you can of your opponent. On top of making your deck go from good to near-broken, [Revolution] Judgement Day allows you to get rid of your opponent's most annoying pre-match card (The Old Switcheroo, a Superstar-Specific, anything that isn't Unique). After playing that combination of cards, your Superstar value will be a 2 to your opponent's zero. The only way this will change is if HE plays a Title belt or otherwise changes HIS superstar value, so you can play Underrated Superstar. This combination of cards gives you an effective 13-card hand. And the Title belt allows you to search for the TB Cobra Clutch. Not exactly horrible for Eugene, who starts at 5 :)
MID-MATCH (10)
Inspiration for a New Generation x3
The Road to Victory
Backstage Shenanigans
For the Love of the Game
Sustained Damage
You're as Graceful as a Cow on Ice
Restricted Use In This Area
Shoot Counter
STRATEGY: There are 3 copies of Inspiration to to make sure Eugene's cards actually do something in this game. He's got a rinse-and-reuseable card that searches for any non-unique, so you can get some real card advantage out of this. The Backstage Shenanigans and For the Love of the Game are mostly there to help with the Pre-Match, but if you do like using them as mid-match cards (especially that For the Love of the Game), the option to do so is there. Everything else is obviously for defense, so use those cards as you see fit.
EUGENE'S CARDS (5)
Eugening Up
Hello, My Name is Eugene
The Pride of the Family
The Jacket's Coming Off
I'm Special
STRATEGY: He's got some REALLY good stuff of his own. Thanks to Inspiration, he's got all kinds of weapons to use whenever he feels like it. Hello, My Name is Eugene is just .. wow, since it searches for any non-unique card (including Driven by Anger, Trish's Chick Kick, or whatever you feel like) and it's rinse-and-reuseable. All of these cards create a random discard on your opponent's end, so remember to take advantage of that as much as you are able to.
MANEUVERS (23)
Shoot Lockup x3
Angle's Uppercut x3
Trish's Chick Kick x3
[Revolution] Edge Clipper
[Revolution] Kane's Big Boot
-Throwback- Cobra Clutch
-Throwback- Stratusfaction Bulldog
-Throwback- Lita's DDT
Giant Head Butt
The Biggest Precision Spine Buster
Hogan's Patented Overhand Punch
Angle's German Suplex
Stacy's Roundhouse Kick
JBL's Clothesline
Laree DDT
Le Bonsoir
High Spirits
STRATEGY: The Championship belt allows you to look for TB Cobra Clutch, so you almost always have a move that will go through in that. If not, there are lots of multi maneuvers you can play with this deck (5 of them are Chain), like Angle's Uppercuts, HoganPunch, or even the Precision SpineBuster. Against the likes of Andre and other Legends not named Piper, you've got 3 more 0F moves in the form of Shoot Lockup so if you get Jimmied out of Fortitude, there's always an option there. After you gain your initial Fortitude, you've got Lita's DDT and a nice flurry of Trademarks to finish your opponent off with, many of which serve more than one purpose.
REVERSALS (31)
I'm Driven By Anger x3
A Revolution of the Mind x3
Volley This x3
Once is Enough x2
-Throwback- That's Enough with the Trash Talk x2
Don't Try This at Home x2
Get Back in the Ring x2
It's Great to be Right Back Here In ... x2
-Throwback- Leg Drag x2
-Throwback- Sidewalk Slam x2
[Revolution] Why Don't You Kiss My Ass? x2
Hold the Phone! x2
Elbow to the Face x2
Divine Intervention
The Raw Deal Revolution
STRATEGY: I like to make sure pretty much every base is covered. 3 copies of Driven By Anger make sure that, once you get to that 15F mark, nothing is going to go through for the rest of the game. You've also got both TB Trash Talk and Get Back in the Ring to reverse almost any non-Extreme Colossal your opponent plays while you're still at 0F. TB Leg Drags prevent Atomic Lariat and Shoot Forearm from ruining your day and Sidewalk Slam stops anything random like movie cards, Over the Ropes, or Foreign Objects from surprising you. Everything else is standard and pretty much needed in most decks.
ANTICS (5)
[Revolution] Look Under the Ring x3
[Revolution] A Spirited Turn of Events x2
STRATEGY: Look Under the Ring is going to win you games. Lots of them. Laree's DDT and High Spirits are amazing as rinse-and-reuse Actions and if you've got one of your better moves in your Ringside pile, you can grab 'em back once you hit 6F (TB Cobra Clutch .. and TB Lita's DDT just happens to be 6F .. which just happens to bridge into Driven by Anger). Sprited Turn of Events is one of the best cards in the game and, of course, being an Antic, it's hard to reverse, so two copies are inserted for use as you please.
ACTIONS (1)
Maintain Hold
STRATEGY: Make sure you have a Survivor Series 2 copy of Maintain Hold. This card is there to keep your Cobra Clutch locked onto your opponent or to make sure your come-from-behind Shoot Lockup does WAY more damage than it's supposed to. Always a good thing for you.
FINAL NOTES: This deck has a lot of options at 0F and amazing potential for card advantage, since you can search for almost anything you really need, draw cards via your Actions, and make your opponent discard via Inspirations and your 0F Chain moves. Once you get one maneuver going, this deck is very hard to stop, since you're going to be throwing Trademarks at your opponent's face every turn until he runs out of cards.
