Revolution Format
I decided to build this deck around the Fisherman Suplex because it targets leg and with 2 Ring Psychology: Leg you can play it early in the game.
BACKLASH (12)
Pre-match (6)
Man of 1000 Moves x1
New Plan x1
Ring Psychology: Leg x2
<WWE logo> Tribute to the Troops x2
Strategy Notes:
Play these this order:
1. Ring Psychology: Leg
2. Ring Psychology: Leg
3. Man of 1000 Moves
4. <WWE logo> Tribute to the Troops (Make this card a target head card and search your arsenal for an Eye Rake)
5. <WWE logo> Tribute to the Troops (Make this card a target head card and search your arsenal for another Eye Rake)
So you can actually fulfill the requirements of your Fisherman Suplex very early in the game by having 2 <WWE logo> Tribute to the Troops. Having 2 Ring Psychology: Leg doubles the ability, so it turns into successfully play a card with target leg: put up to 2 cards from your ringside into your hand with target leg, your next card with target leg is -8F. <WWE logo> Tribute to the Troops allows you to give this Pre-match a target for the rest of the game and allows you to search your arsenal to for card with the same target and then your opponent gets to draw 1 card.
Mid-match (6)
Before This Gets Out of Hand x1
Fisherman Suplex x2
I Can Do Anything I Want x1
Indian Death Lock x1
Talk is Cheap x1
Strategy Notes: Pretty basic Mid-matches except for having 2 Fisherman Suplex.
The Fisherman's Suplex is great and since it targets the leg you can potentially play it at a -8F discounted price an addition to his superstar ability. I have three just in case since I don't carry anything that allows me to put a Mid-match from my ringside into my backlash and because this deck is built around the Fisherman's Suplex.
ARSENAL (60)
Superstar-specifics (1)
Test's TKO x1
Strategy Notes: Test's TKO is awesome, discard an assualt and a throw and wala you got a 30 Damage Colossal now in your hand from your ringside.
Antics (5)
Go Candice, Come to Daddy x2
Look Under the Ring x3
Strategy Notes: A deck built around colossals shouldn't have a problem playing Go Candice, Come to Daddy.
Maneuvers (21)
Eye Rake x3
Figure Four Leg Lock x2
Garbage Can Lid x3
Hurricanrana x3
Into the Barricade x3
Leg Lock x2
Superkick x2
Toe Smash x3
Strategy Notes: Lots of target leg and target head and extremes. All of your colossals shouldn't be too difficult to play early in the game. Hurricanrana is nice because its an extreme colossal, although its a follow-up:maneuver its ability is -4F so it will only cost you 11F to play.
Maneuver-Reversal Hybrids (18)
Chop x3
Collar & Elbow Lockup x3
Double Leg Takedown x3
Headlock Takedown x3
Slap x3
Wrist Lock x3
Strategy Notes: Basic 1D and 2D reversals
Reversals (15)
I Won't Be Beat Tonight x3
Kiss My Ass x2
Not What We Came to See x2
Overexposure x3
Try To Get Away x3
You Telegraphed It! x2
Strategy Notes: Rock solid reversals, nothing too special.
Final Strategy / Other Notes: The strategy is to be able to play your Mid-match Colossals as soon as humanly possible. Right before you play the Fisherman's Suplex play Go Candice, Come to Daddy to put cards into your arsenal that you put into your hand once you play the Fisherman's Suplex. Leg Lock is great because you can put antics into your hand from your ringside for every target leg already in the ring. All in all playing colossal after colossal after colossal after colossal should win the game by shear force. Indian Death Lock also targets leg so you can play it at a -8F so it will only cost you 16F to deal 22D.
