Bryce Barrow’s Ring Design
by Drew “Darth Weasel” Barton

A couple of weeks ago my article involved a discussion on Ring Area layouts. Several people responded and this is the first in a short series of examples. It is important to note again there is no “official” correct way to manage your cards. These are meant to give you potential options that might help you lay out your cards in ways that allow both players quick and accurate information.

Bryce has a very sound basis for his layout. It allows rapid assessment of how many Mid-Match slots are taken up, easy ways to find all the Fortitude, and clear spacing for cards that need to be remembered. One potential negative is it occupies a fairly large amount of space but if you have sufficient area to play that is no real drawback.

Thanks to Bryce for the excellent layout and feel free to experiment with this. You might find it helping you remember those key cards in your Ring area.
