So that’s how the metagame has evolved up ‘til this point—but it can (and will) go so much further in the coming month as people prepare for Gen Con and get better acclimated with all the secrets in the midst of the Revolution 2: Extreme metagame.

We’ll find out in a few weeks as Comic Images invades Indianapolis and Gen Con. My fellow co-designer Mike Foley and I are both scheduled to be in attendance running the pair of qualifiers along with Jason Griffey, Tom Teagardner, and the man who thinks Creed is the greatest band of all time. (Let’s not forget Comic Images’ own Hank Rose will be manning the booth, making change, and hoping you ask him obscure wrestling trivia.) And when we’re not in the midst of tournament shenanigans, be sure to challenge one of us—everyone but Hank—to a match.
